We are in the time to globally tackle with common issues such as various topics of environment problems on a global scale and the contribution towards the health and welfare society where the people of the world live comfortably. It is too difficult to solve these problems by only one country, and indispensable to cooperate with countries over the world and make international contributions for the current global environment. Kanagawa Institute of Technology (KAIT) is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the foundation in 2023. Our philosophy of foundation is preaching the contribution to the realization of a scientifically technological nation by producing scientists and engineers with an abundance of knowledge and open perspectives. For keeping and further enhancing this spirit with the international collaborative activities, we would like to hold the KAIT International Symposium 2023 to think about the future of both global environment and people in various viewpoints in the fields of information technology, environment and energy, health and welfare, and so on.
地球規模での環境問題、世界の人々が快適に生活をおくることができる健康・福祉社会への貢献など世界共通の課題がクローズアップされております。わが国のみでは解決できない問題として、各国と手を携え、今の地球環境に即した国際貢献が不可欠となりました。そこで神奈川工科大学では、創立60周年を迎えるにあたり、本学の建学の理念である「創造性に富んだ技術者を育て科学技術立国に寄与する」ことと、本学のグローバル化への取り組みを将来に一層高めるため、情報、環境エネルギー、健康・医療・福祉など様々な視点から考えるシンポジウムを企画しました。
